Ioanna has run Caravan Tours, the travel agency in Preveza's Saitan Pazar, since 2017. In 2025 she earned the official tourist guide licence of the Greek Ministry of Tourism, and she is the only licensed guide based in Preveza. Her tours are about the people behind the stones: the Romans who built the City of Victory, the Venetians who fortified the strait and the poet who spent his last summer here.

Ioanna brought the old town to life. We had walked past the Venetian clock tower twice before the tour and never noticed half of what she showed us.
